Store Pickup (Nassau)
β€’ Free store pickup is available during regular business hours.

Domestic Bahamas Shipping (Family Islands)
β€’ Shipped via reputable Bahamian carriers.
β€’ Delivery time varies by island and carrier logistics.

International Shipping
β€’ Shipped worldwide via FedEx.
β€’ Transit times depend on destination and the FedEx service selected at checkout.
β€’ International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

β€’ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable packaging.
β€’ Sale/clearance items and opened cosmetic products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items
β€’ If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us right away with your order number and photos.
β€’ We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost when approved.

Refunds
β€’ Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
β€’ Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Return Shipping
β€’ Defective items (The Bahamas): return shipping is covered by Colour Me Cosmetics.
β€’ Change-of-mind returns: the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
